MICHAEL JIMENEZ | SELLING AGENT

Michael is an expert at navigating San Francisco’s dynamic real estate environment and specializes in the buyer side of the transaction. His keen eye for value, strong negotiation skills, and exceptional market knowledge have earned him the reputation of being a revered agent to work with both in the industry and among his clients.

Michael has sold over 70 homes within the past two years, an impressive amount considering the average agent sells 4-5 homes per year. Becky Remmel-Sanchez

BECKY REMMEL-SANCHEZ | SELLING SPECIALIST

Since 2008, I have collaborated with teams in closing over $175 million in residential real estate transactions. I have interacted with a wide variety of clients, from $27,000,000 listings in Wine Country, to first-time home buyers in Marin, as well as renters in San Francisco (and a mix of everything in between).

Prior to real estate, I worked in construction management on a 20,000+ sq ft luxury home in the Peninsula, learning the importance of quality design and structured timelines. In addition, I established a successful portrait photography business, working with top tech companies throughout the Valley.

Outside of real estate, I can typically be found paragliding in Pacifica, chasing my rambunctious husky, or toddler twins.

Valerie is our Listing Manager. As Ruth’s right-hand woman, Valerie is involved in nearly every detail of each listing from start to finish. Her strong attention to detail is critical to the team’s success. Valerie coordinates vendor appointments and manages the work being done at listings. She oversees budgets and helps vendors get paid on time, assuring flawless transactions from start to finish. You will hear from Valerie multiple times throughout the transaction for payments, updates, and to set up signing for the close.

She is always thinking about ways to go above and beyond for our clients and values strong communication and transparency above all else. Her day-to-day includes overseeing vendors, managing budgets, and making sure the property exceeds expectations when it hits the market. Lauren has a diverse background, joining our team from a top tier management consulting firm with undergraduate and graduate degrees from Northwestern University. Fun fact: She loves running marathons around the world and is working towards a marathon on every continent!

His duties include, but are not limited to, meeting with vendors to ensure quality control, managing projects throughout the transaction, attending inspections, and providing top-tier customer service and communication with our sellers. He has a background in sales and in a real estate escrow company, so he is a valuable asset to the team.

As our Marketing Manager, Manny works closely with Ruth to curate a marketing plan for each listing based on the target audience and clients’ needs. She collaborates with photographers, videographers, copywriters, graphic designers and other creatives to convey the story behind homes that are just as unique as its owners. Pairing 7+ years of Real Estate experience and her eye for detail, Manny ensures that no part of the listing marketing process is overlooked and that each property is shown in the best light throughout various marketing channels. When Manny is not working, she’s busy learning, drawing inspiration from luxury brands, pop culture, artists, chefs and nature to elevate marketing content. Her hobbies include practicing and teaching yoga, kickboxing, traveling, cooking and telling lame jokes.
