We’re looking for a growth-minded Jr. Buyer’s Agent in San Francisco, CA, to support a team of established, top-producing residential real estate agents. This is a partially remote opportunity where you can expect to work in the office two or three days per week, and you will be spending time out of the office meeting with clients.
You’ll be the steady hand that provides excellent service to the agents and their growing client base. This is a multi-dimensional challenging role, supporting the buyer’s agents and Ruth directly. After committing to this role for 1 to 2 years and producing the sought-after results, you will have the opportunity to move into other positions on the team, inclusive of sales. Intensive training is provided.

Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience plus an opportunity for a bonus. A successful and motivated candidate has the opportunity to earn in the low six figures!

Hours: Hybrid – Remote/In office 2-3 days a week. Full-time 40 + hours, 10 – 7, flexibility in the evenings weekends required depending on the needs of the business. (Responding to email/calls/texts with acknowledgment as needed) You must have a dedicated workspace free from distractions.

You must live within a 30-minute commute of San Francisco, CA (southwest region – or willing to relocate) and MUST have daily access to a vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance.
