Jr. Buyer’s Agent

Job Description

We’re looking for a growth-minded Jr. Buyer’s Agent in San Francisco, CA, to support a team of established, top-producing residential real estate agents. This is a partially remote opportunity where you can expect to work in the office two or three days per week, and you will be spending time out of the office meeting with clients.
 
You’ll be the steady hand that provides excellent service to the agents and their growing client base. The Opportunity

This is a multi-dimensional challenging role, supporting the buyer’s agents and Ruth directly. After committing to this role for 1 to 2 years and producing the sought-after results, you will have the opportunity to move into other positions on the team, inclusive of sales. Intensive training is provided.
 

Areas of Focus

 
Manage Leads:

  • Take lead calls & follow up with leads ASAP when they come in through any platform (calls, Yelp, emails, etc.)
  • Book meetings with leads + make sure our Lead Agents are prepped for the meeting (e.g. notes on the buyer, or pre-listing meeting notes)
  • Add leads to Customer Relationships Management (CRM), Google Contacts & Mailchimp
  • Manage the follow-up process (in CRM) and draft emails for every lead (buyer and seller) until they sign agreements, update CRM accordingly. You are in charge of managing the conversion from start to finish.  
  • Connect with Ruth after every lead call to make sure information is captured + take next steps
  • Confirm every other week that the buyer’s agent is updating their lead database

 
Manage Active clients:

  • Track and hunt for properties for Buyers- connecting with them multiple times per week
  • Manage correspondence with lender ensuring buyers are ready to go once they want to write an offer
  • Update and maintain our Customer Relationships Management systems- with all current information for leads, clients, past clients and all business and personal contacts
  • Schedule and attend showings with Buyers (as needed) 
  • Review disclosures packets as we prep for offers 
  • Prep offers for buyers 
  • Manage the Escrow to close process once buyers are in contract

 
Manage Administrative Processes:

  • Manage Ruth’s inbox – respond to/draft emails whenever possible 
  • Implement new processes into Salesforce – Manage the format, layout, and accuracy of Salesforce (our CRM). Create new reports in CRM as needed 
  • Manage our Virtual Assistant and work closely with them on the following:
    • Calendaring  & Scheduling: Organize Ruth’s daily calendar and work intuitively within her inbox to schedule appointments for leads, clients, team members, and business-to-business partners. 
    • Contact Management (Salesforce): Ensure all contacts are entered accurately and in a timely matter so they never fall through the cracks during our lead generation process
    • Manage our extensive gifting programs: Coordinate Gifts for birthdays, anniversaries. Send a gift immediately after every client meeting, etc. 
    • Misc Projects or any other Buyer administrative need we may have
  • Schedule quarterly client events: Prep guest list, Book venues, etc. 
  • Learn how to be a jack-of-all-trades and step in to support Ruth and the team’s success whether it’s in your job description or not!

Requirements

To Qualify

  • A California real estate license is preferred, or you are willing to obtain one after hire
  • B.A / B.S degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 or more years of experience in project management/event management and customer service OR 2 or more years supporting other sales professionals in an administrative capacity with an emphasis on customer service. Experience supporting others in real estate is a bonus!

The Details

Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience plus an opportunity for a bonus. A successful and motivated candidate has the opportunity to earn in the low six figures!
 
Benefits: Paid Time Off, Medical Benefits, and 401k with an employer contribution once vested.
 
Hours: Hybrid – Remote/In office 2-3 days a week. Full-time 40 + hours, 10 – 7, flexibility in the evenings weekends required depending on the needs of the business. (Responding to email/calls/texts with acknowledgment as needed) You must have a dedicated workspace free from distractions.
 
Location: San Francisco, CA
 
You must live within a 30-minute commute of San Francisco, CA (southwest region – or willing to relocate) and MUST have daily access to a vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance.
