Welcome! Living at 1126 Haight Street will truly allow the home-owners to love San Francisco with many memories to be made with as much to offer around the neighborhood, as there is to offer within the home!

With a 95 Walkscore, the residents will be walking distance to so many luxuries of convenience- from some of the best restaurants to parks to daily essentials. And, there is something special about living on Haight Street – a neighborhood recognized for its history and San Francisco character. 1126 Haight Street is definitely part of that history and character with classic Victorian touches, high ceilings, and plaster moldings in an officially historic San Francisco building. The historic, beautiful neighborhood will definitely be noticed whether walking through the neighborhood or just hanging out at home.

Fresh Air: The close vicinity provides leisurely strolls or biking into Golden Gate Park, walking up Buena Vista Park to soak in awesome views, picnicking with the painted ladies at Alamo Square, and dog-watching at Duboce Park.

Working Out: There are lots of nearby yoga studios; a 24 Hour Fitness on Market Street; public tennis courts are just up the hill in Buena Vista Park; the Panhandle offers basketball courts, running, biking trails, and wide-open spaces; and all that Golden Gate Park has to offer is just 8 blocks away.

Daily Essentials: From hardware stores to pharmacies to dry cleaners, this neighborhood has it all right in area.

Nearby Dining: There is no shortage of delicious dining options within walking distance. Some favorites include NOPA, Nopalito, Bar Crudo and Magnolia, and brunch at the Pork Store Cafe and Zazie.  But for the home chef, this location is also spoiled by nearby gourmet grocery stores like Faletti’s, Bi-Rite, and Whole Foods, but also shopping at Haight Street Market and Lucky’s on Fulton too. All are an easy walk away.

A Cup of Coffee: There are 7 coffee shops within 4 blocks: Peet’s, Oakside Café, KK Café, Delessio Bakery, Vinyl Coffee & Wine Bar, Coffee to the People, and The Grind Cafe.  If you’re willing to go just a few blocks more, we also like Mojo’s Bicycle Shop Café and The Mill.

A Night Cap: For a cocktail or brew within stumbling distance, the well-known Toronado’s offers a huge craft beer menu, with the attention to detail of the “mixologists” at Alembic, NOPA’s Blue Bottle espresso martini (always a lively atmosphere), and the neighborhood vibe of The Page.

Great Commuting Options:  The Muni stop located right across the street is served by multiple buses and is an easy 20-minute ride to or from downtown.  Work at Google, Facebook, LinkedIn or Apple? Their shuttles stop a couple blocks away. Street parking has not been much of an issue as the giant park across the street cuts down on the population density in our immediate area.
