Meet Ruth

I’ve lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for the last 17 years, and I simply adore it. Before I became a real estate agent, I was an interior designer running my own firm. As a business owner and employer I understand the importance of providing your employees access to strong resources and helping them put down roots in the communities in which they live and work.I pride myself on delivering results for my clients and exceeding their expectations. I am extremely proud to be ranked in the top 10 out of over 4900 agents in San Francisco with over $300M in sales. Recently I was ranked #158 out of 1.5M agents nationwide by WSJ Real Trends. For buyers, 86% of the time I get my clients into contract on their first or second offer. For sellers, we devise creative ways to prepare and market your home for sale. Currently, our average list-to-sale price is 117% versus the 107% city average.

Philanthropy and community involvement are very important to me. I am committed to giving 5% of my income each year to a wide variety of non-profit organizations.

When I am not working you can find me trying out new restaurants in the city. I love spending time with my husband and kids, exploring our city, traveling, hiking, biking, and hanging out with good friends.
