Tailored Real Estate Talks

Offer your company the opportunity to build wealth and put down roots in the community in which they live.

Buying a home in San Francisco can be frustrating, complicated and overwhelming – but it doesn’t have to be. We’re teaming up with local organizations like yours to help educate your team about the local real estate market, how to build wealth through real estate and answer some of the most frequently asked questions.

This is an informational seminar and not a sales pitch. We believe that educating our community on real estate, with a no-pressure approach, is a win-win for companies, their employees and our local communities.

“Ruth gave a presentation to The Personal Assistant Network recently, and I was impressed with her enthusiasm and ability to communicate information in a clear and concise manner. Real estate purchases can be daunting, especially in the Bay Area, and Ruth demystifies the process. The two hours whizzed by and our members walked away with solid data and resources to reference – no sales pitch here, just education from an engaging teacher.”
-Gwyn Waters, The Personal Assistant Network

What you’ll learn from one of San Francisco’s top real estate agents:

  • Are we in a bubble?
  • Where are we in the cycle?
  • How do you win in a multiple offer situation?
  • For current homeowners, what is the best way to transition to a new property?

  • When is a good time to buy or sell?
  • How do you hire an experienced Realtor?
  • Does cash matter? Do I get a better deal by using cash?
  • How do changes in interest rates affect your purchasing power?

“Ruth is a poised and accomplished speaker who I have seen present to groups on several occasions. She is engaging, honest and to-the-point. Ruth is able to pull from Compass’ proprietary research data to give a broad overview of what’s actually going on in the market so that the attendees leave with a fact-based understanding of home buying and selling in the Bay Area. Additionally, Ruth relies on her years of experience to bring real stories of clients’ challenges and successes to her presentations which balance the statistics and make for a memorable event.”

Meet Ruth

I’ve lived in the SF Bay Area for the last 18 years, and I simply adore it. Before I became a real estate agent I had my own interior design firm, which gave me an eye for the details that matter most when you’re buying or selling a home. As a business owner and employer, I understand the importance of providing your employees access to strong resources and helping them put down roots in the communities in which they live and work.

I pride myself on delivering results for my clients and exceeding their expectations. I am extremely proud to be among the top 10 real estate agents in San Francisco out of over 5,000 agents. Recently I was ranked #65 small agent teams nationwide by WSJ Real Trends. It’s about so much more than just closing a deal – for me, it’s personal. I’m highly invested in ensuring my clients have my undivided attention and get what they need. To do this, I carefully limit the number of clients I work with at a given time, and I have the best support team in the business to back me up.

In addition to helping others buy and sell residential real estate I am also an active investor. I own several residential properties in various locations and I also invest in commercial real estate through syndications. Being in the trenches I’ve learned the business inside and out and I love to share this knowledge with my clients and peers.

I can also be found on national stages educating other agents, in conference rooms at local tech companies or working with financial planners teaching teams about market cycles, how to get into to contract in a competitive situation, how to find a deal in any market or why some homes in the same neighborhood can sell for vastly different prices.

Philanthropy and community involvement are very important to me. I am committed to giving 5% of my income each year to a wide variety of organizations. To learn more about the organizations that we’ve partnered with, please scroll down to the bottom of this page.

When I am not working, you can find me trying out new restaurants in the city, especially in those neighborhoods where I have homes listed. I love spending time with my husband and kids, exploring our city, traveling, hiking, biking, and hanging out with good friends.
