About the Krishnan Team:
The Krishnan Team was founded in 2009 by Ruth Krishnan and has grown into one of San Francisco’s top real estate teams. We are ranked among the top 5 agents in San Francisco and we sold $128m last year. In 2020, WSJ Real Trends ranked us #65 small agent teams nationwide.

Available Positions

Inside Sales Agent

Right Hand for All our Buyers

  • Track and hunt for properties for Ruth’s buyers- connecting with them multiple times per week
  • Set up buyers on all platforms / monitor those platforms multiple times per week
  • Manage correspondence with lender ensuring buyers are ready to go once they want to write
  • Maintain doc with all current information for buyers
  • Schedule and attend showings if necessary for buyers
  • Review disclosures in detail for buyers, write summary
  • Write offer for buyers (ruth to review with the buyers)
  • Escrow to close process once buyers are in contract

Lead Management

  • Take lead calls & follow up with leads ASAP when they come in through any platform (calls, Yelp, emails, etc.)
  • Book meetings with leads + make sure Ruth is prepped for the meeting (e.g. notes on the buyer, or pre-listing notes)
  • Add leads to CRM, Google Contacts & Mailchimp
  • Manage follow up process (in CRM) and draft emails for every lead (buyer and seller) until they sign agreements, update CRM accordingly 
  • Connect with Ruth after every lead call to make sure information is captured + take next steps
  • Confirm every other week that buyer’s agent is updating their lead database

Admin

  • Clean Ruth’s inbox throughout the day on all weekdays 
  • Respond to/draft emails whenever possible

Team Numbers / CRM

  • Implement processee’s into Salesforce 
  • Manage the format, layout and accuracy of Salesforce (with support of Chris Field)
  • Create new reports in CRM
  • Pull insights to share with team

Technology

  • One-off projects related to operational implementation e.g. Zapier, MixMax, Calendly

Management

  • Help manage projects for our virtual assistant
  • Support and train new hires
  • Manage Monica’s office-related tasks

Events (On hold)

  • Schedule quarterly client events
  • Prep guest list
  • Book venue
  • Manage on-site
