Handling all negotiations on seller listings as well for buyers, Ruth is the team’s lead negotiator and the lead contact for agents who have questions about listings or disclosures.
Having a team allows Ruth to think strategically and frees up her time for buyer showings and open houses. Ruth tours available listings every week so that she always stays on top of pricing, trends, and changes in available housing inventory. This practice is what allows her to accurately price and market listings and help buyers write competitive offers. Ruth makes it a point to tour with her buyers so they fully understand market review disclosures and the details of the homes they are considering. She also reviews each offer so that both buyers and sellers feel confident and well cared for throughout the sales process.
Because learning and growing personally and professionally makes her work something she truly loves, Ruth has mastermind-style relationships with top agents and several business coaches both in and outside of her market. Deep relationships with her peers make it easy to get buyers the information that they need to purchase a home quickly and also ensures she is in the know for off market listings.
In addition to her commitment to her clientele, Ruth is devoted to her community, humanitarian projects, and the arts. Each year, she contributes over 5% of her income to a wide range of non-profit organizations.

Angela manages our marketing, calendar, and gifting programs. She is our queen of systems. You will hear from Angela to confirm all appointments or to schedule appointments with the team. Though you will not be communicating with her directly about marketing, she oversees the team that produces marketing collateral for all listings and for the Krishnan Team brand. Angela supports our sellers by designing their property brochures, websites, and social media campaigns and advertising. Because of her SEO work, ruthkrishnan.com ranks organically for real estate related search terms, which makes our sellers’ properties more visible to the public. If you are listing a property with us, we are pleased to report that it will get many more eyes on it than our competitors. Offline, Angela puts together all the information for open houses so that there are disclosures on site and that reminder signs are hung on the property so that prospective home buyers are aware of views and other important features. Little known fact: Angela collects hats and loves the San Francisco café scene.

Kareezia is our jack of all trades. She runs errands for the team, meets vendors when necessary to ensure quality control, and manages projects for both buyers and sellers, including attending inspections and ordering fixtures and finishes for sellers. Kareezia also hunts and tracks off-market properties for buyers so that they are seeing every possible listing, whether it’s on or off-market. If a buyer prefers to see a property at a time that Ruth is unavailable, Kareezia accompanies them.
