As the founder of The Krishnan Team, I specialize in helping home buyers and sellers navigate the competitive San Francisco real estate market.
Our team is the #1 ranked real estate agent team in San Francisco for unit sales and the #1 ranked buyer agent in the city, making us the top-performing San Francisco real estate agents by volume and client results.
Proven Results for San Francisco Homebuyers and Sellers:
Whether you're searching for a real estate agent in San Francisco to sell your home above market value or need expert representation to win in San Francisco's competitive multiple-offer market, The Krishnan Team delivers results that consistently outperform the city's real estate market.
Real estate is about making sure my clients win, delivering an extraordinary level of service, and doing the right thing.
Since 2009, people have been leveraging my real estate and design expertise to command high prices and identify hidden opportunities. I ask smart questions, analyze the hard facts, and make straightforward recommendations tailored to your situation. Then, I deploy the best marketers, creatives, tradespeople, and tech in service of your goals.
My client list is small, which means you’ll have my full attention. But my team is not, which means we handle the 100s of details in your transaction while you handle your life. And, our long-standing relationships with SF’s top agents give you access to the 25% of deals done off-market. You can leave the stress of buying and selling to us — we won’t rest until you are delighted.
I’m proud to rank #1 out of 3.5K San Francisco agents for unit sales and elated to be ranked in The Leading 100. My sellers earn an average of 13% above listing price, and 71% of my buyers get into contract on the first or second offer. In 2025, I had $220 million in sales, adding up to over $1 billion in career sales.
My diverse investment portfolio includes residential real estate and commercial syndications. I’ve shared my knowledge on national stages in front of passionate agents, in tech company conference rooms, and with top-rated financial planners.
One of my favorite success metrics, however, is how much I’m able to give back. Since my first sale, I’ve been donating 5% of my income to nonprofits. If any are close to your heart, I’d love to hear about them. I’m always looking for new ways to be involved.
Growing up in the Midwest, my eight siblings and I didn’t have much. That gave me grit, taught me how to work hard, and gave me the ability to problem-solve from multiple perspectives.
When I moved to San Francisco in 2002, I knew I was home. Before real estate, I’d had a sales career, held leadership positions, and ran my own interior design firm. I constantly seek improvement, and I love a challenge. I believe life is about growth, and coaching is one of the biggest investments I make in myself and my business.
When I’m not working, getting after a personal goal, or masterminding with other entrepreneurs, you might find me biking on the Great Highway, hiking at Land’s End, or dining at Robin, Earnest, or Rooh. My husband, two sons, and I love to travel — we’ve been around the world, and we regularly head to Tahoe to enjoy the outdoors.
Our team is ranked #1 in San Francisco, bringing together more than 45 years of combined experience and are experts at helping people buy and sell homes in San Francisco. There is nothing more important to me than delivering the highest level of customer service possible.
We’re proud to have 5 buyer and listing agents plus 10 additional full-time staff members, including professional listing coordinators, transaction coordinators, buyer coordinators and a marketing director. With a team of this caliber, you’ll receive unmatched attention and value that sets us apart from the competition.
As a key member of The Krishnan Team, one of San Francisco’s leading real estate teams, Yesenia has guided clients through hundreds of transactions and consistently ranks among the top in the industry. On average, she is involved in several transactions weekly, keeping her ahead of market shifts and equipping clients with strategies that actually work.
Born and raised in San Francisco to two hardworking immigrant parents, Yesenia grew up with an intimate knowledge of the city’s neighborhoods and a work ethic built from watching her parents build a life from scratch. “If they could come to a new country without speaking the language and build a life, I know I can overcome any challenge.” That foundation drives everything: her grit, her commitment, and the standard she holds herself to on every deal.
Yesenia works both sides of the business, with a particular focus on listings. She brings sharp negotiation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a level of personal service that makes every client feel like they’re her only one. Her goal is simple: results so exceptional her clients would never consider working with anyone else, and stories so good they can’t help but share her name.
Before real estate, Yesenia managed a luxury concierge service for high-net-worth clients, sharpening the white-glove instincts she brings to every deal today.
What lights her up most? The variety and growth this career demands, the thrill of a hard-won negotiation, and the moments clients light up, whether that’s a seller walking away with more than they ever imagined or a first-time buyer holding their keys for the very first time.
A few things you might not know: Yesenia is fluent in Spanish and has a serious love for salsa dancing. Her mornings begin with journaling, a non-negotiable ritual that keeps her grounded, focused, and growing. She’s an avid traveler who believes experiencing new cultures is one of the best forms of perspective, and she has called San Francisco home her entire life.

As a member of the Krishnan Team in San Francisco, Sharmaine Huerto plays an integral role in supporting the team’s sales people, operations, marketing, transaction coordination, and overall client experience. Working behind the scenes across multiple aspects of the business, she helps ensure that every client interaction and transaction feels organized, seamless, and well-supported from start to finish. From offer preparation and transaction management to database organization, scheduling, marketing support, and client communication, Sharmaine helps create the structure and consistency that allow the team to deliver exceptional service and results.
With 6 years of experience supporting multiple high-performing real estate teams across the U.S., Sharmaine brings a strong understanding of the full client journey — from reviewing disclosures to offer preparation to contract-to-close coordination. She is highly detail-oriented and thrives in fast-paced environments where communication, organization, and proactive problem-solving are essential. Her ability to manage moving parts efficiently allows agents to stay focused on strategy and client relationships while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks behind the scenes.
Before transitioning into real estate, Sharmaine built a successful career in hospitality, sales, and administration, including leadership roles with luxury hotels in Dubai and the Philippines. Her background in guest relations and account management sharpened her ability to deliver exceptional service, anticipate client needs, and create positive client experiences under pressure. She was repeatedly recognized as a top performer and contributed to significantly improving the hotel’s online guest rankings through personalized customer care and service excellence.
Throughout her career, Sharmaine has consistently been promoted into higher-level roles because of her initiative, reliability, adaptability, and strong people skills. Her experience across operations, customer service, sales, marketing, and real estate coordination gives her a well-rounded perspective on what it takes to support a successful real estate business and create a stress-free experience for clients.

Outside of work, Sharmaine loves traveling, exploring different cultures, flying her drone camera and capturing travel content, and spending time with her cats. She enjoys going to the gym and staying active, valuing the discipline, consistency, and balance that fitness brings to both her personal and professional life. She is also currently learning German while spending time in Europe once a year, embracing new experiences and cultures along the way.
Camille Delfino runs the Krishnan Team’s social media end-to-end, working closely with the Director of Marketing. She plans and creates content in advance, manages posting across the team’s accounts, responds to comments and DMs, monitors account performance and platform trends, and delivers bi-weekly and end-of-month reporting on content insights. She also works on the blog and edits images when a post needs polishing. Her role is intentionally flexible. Wherever the content needs a hand, she’s there.
What Camille owns in the client experience is the first impression. Long before a buyer or seller picks up the phone, they’re seeing the team on Instagram, reading a blog post, or scrolling the website. Her job is to make sure what they see is consistent, credible, and worth their attention. She brings two years of experience in social media management and is newer to the real estate industry, which she treats as an advantage. She asks the questions a buyer or seller might also be asking, and makes sure the team’s content answers them clearly instead of assuming everyone already speaks the language of the industry. She isn’t on the transaction side, but the team’s online presence is something she takes seriously on every client’s behalf. What gets posted about a listing, how a sold story gets told, how the team shows up between deals. All of it reflects on the people who trusted the team with the biggest financial decision of their lives.
Outside of work, Camille is happiest outdoors. She’s drawn to nature, documentaries, and food from places she hasn’t been yet, and she’s planning to see as much of the world as she can. She draws and paints in her off-hours, and she’s a lifelong dog and cat person. For her, all of it points back to the same thing: real connection with people, with places, with the world around her, and a willingness to keep changing and growing.
As Director of Operations for The Krishnan Team, Sam Shendow is the reason clients experience real estate the way it should feel: seamless, thoughtful, and completely taken care of.
Real estate transactions involve hundreds of moving parts. Sam’s job is to make sure each one is handled well before it ever lands on a client’s radar: building the systems, workflows, and team coordination that turn a complex process into something that feels effortless from the outside.
She brings fifteen years of high-end boutique hospitality to this role, having developed and operated luxury hotel and lifestyle projects across Malibu, Los Angeles, New York, and Tulum, properties ranging from $10M to $500M in scale. That career taught her how to manage extraordinary complexity while keeping the client experience front and center at every stage. The details that protect clients, the communication that keeps them confident, the decisions made quietly so they don’t have to be, that’s the muscle she built over a decade and a half, and it’s exactly what she brings to every Krishnan Team transaction.
Her guiding principle is anticipatory service: noticing what someone needs before they have to ask. To Sam, genuine care isn’t measured by what you do for someone; it’s measured by how they feel along the way. That means fast responses, meticulous attention to detail, and a real investment in the client experience from the first conversation through the final signature.
Outside of work, Sam gravitates toward adventure time in nature, travel to new places, and the kind of one-of-a-kind experiences that feel intentional and create genuine connection. That instinct for meaningful experience carries directly into how she approaches her work.
As Director of Marketing, Melissa makes sure the right buyers and sellers find the Krishnan Team, and when they do, what they see earns their trust.
Her background is in digital marketing strategy and execution: SEO, YouTube, content, and the emerging world of AI-powered search. What that means practically is that the team’s listings, agents, and market expertise show up where people are actually looking, whether that’s Google, YouTube, or an AI platform answering someone’s question about San Francisco neighborhoods. The goal isn’t just visibility. It’s making sure that when someone is trying to understand a neighborhood, get a read on the market, or figure out whether now is the right time to buy or sell, they land on information that actually helps them and a team they can trust to guide them through it.
Melissa came to marketing through a decade in San Francisco financial services, which gave her a strong foundation in how people make high-stakes decisions. From there, she joined a software start-up where she first discovered what SEO and content marketing could do: how the right information, in the right place, could connect a business with exactly the people looking for it. That’s what set the direction for everything since. She carried it into nearly 10 years of running her own digital marketing business, working with local small businesses. That experience taught her something that shapes everything she does: none of it works unless you understand where your audience is coming from. What they’re worried about, what they’re hoping for, and what they actually need to hear to take the next step. Real estate decisions don’t get more high-stakes than buying or selling a home in San Francisco, and she thinks about that with everything the team puts into the world.
Melissa has called San Francisco home for over 25 years, and she genuinely loves this city. It’s why she cares about helping the right people find their place in it. When she’s not working, you’ll find her hiking the trails, browsing farmers’ markets, and exploring everything the city has to offer, usually with her husband, teenage daughter, and Frenchie in tow.
Philanthropy and community involvement are very important to me. Through volunteer efforts and charitable donations I am committed to giving 5% of my income each year to a wide variety of local organizations and have been doing so since our very first sale.
