In 2021, I had $166 million in sales, adding up to over $650 billion in career sales.
My diverse investment portfolio includes residential real estate and commercial syndications. I’ve shared my knowledge on national stages in front of passionate agents, in tech company conference rooms, and with top-rated financial planners.
One of my favorite success metrics, however, is how much I’m able to give back. Since my first sale, I’ve been donating 5% of my income to nonprofits. If any are close to your heart, I’d love to hear about them. I’m always looking for new ways to be involved.
Growing up in the Midwest, my eight siblings and I didn’t have much. That gave me grit, taught me how to work hard, and gave me the ability to problem-solve from multiple perspectives.
When I moved to San Francisco in 2002, I knew I was home. Before real estate, I’d had a sales career, held leadership positions, and ran my own interior design firm. I constantly seek improvement, and I love a challenge. I believe life is about growth, and coaching is one of the biggest investments I make in myself and my business.
When I’m not working, getting after a personal goal, or masterminding with other entrepreneurs, you might find me biking on the Great Highway, hiking at Land’s End, or dining at Robin, Al’s Place, or Rooh. My husband, two sons, and I love to travel — we’ve been around the world, and we regularly head to Tahoe to enjoy the outdoors.
Our team brings together more than 35 years of combined experience and are experts at helping people buy and sell homes in San Francisco. There is nothing more important to me than delivering the highest level of customer service possible.

Yesenia Rogers is a dedicated Realtor®, a selling specialist, and a San Francisco native who knows the city like the back of her hand. Lauren Neuschel is a dedicated buyer’s agent and loves what she does! Working with buyers takes a lot of hustle, patience, empathy, and honesty – all of which come naturally to Lauren. Not to mention, she comes from a Realtor® parent – the business is in her blood and it has always felt more like a deep-seated passion than a job.
Moving into real estate from a top management consulting firm, Lauren has a strong background in client services, analytical thinking, and problem-solving (plus long hours!). For Lauren, there is nothing greater than actively listening to a client’s needs and going above and beyond to make sure they are exceeded.
An avid runner and former Division One runner, she embodies hard work, consistency, and grit in many aspects of her life. Fun fact: In 2023, Lauren completed the World Marathon Challenge, running seven marathons on seven continents in seven days!
Lauren lives with her husband near the beach in the Outer Richmond. She spends her free time running, hiking, antiquing, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Lejla Ahmetspahic is at the organizational heart of The Krishnan Team. She manages the listings, works with sellers, and implements all the details that make you successful.
Lejla grew up in the Bay Area and even today, is entirely in love with the diversity of its people, its small size that packs the punch of beauty with grit and ambition.
Communicative and a self described “people person”, Lejla grew up in the real estate world, helping within the family business of renovation and home sales. She got her real estate license while still in college, and her favorite part of her job is ensuring that the Krishnan team clients have their real estate wishes fulfilled.
Lejla speaks Bosnian – and her family arrived in the Bay area and established a home flipping business – so from understanding the value of a property to gauging its finishes to managing its curb appeal – Lejla has done it all, and will do it again and again to ensure client satisfaction for the Krishnan team.
Madeline Gibson is the support system for our three buyer agents and Ruth’s right hand. As a former Division 1 Collegiate Athlete, Maddy is no stranger to the fast pace, collaborative, and progressive environment that The Krishnan Team cultivates.
After graduating from UC Santa Barbara in 2019, she found herself working in technology sales, moved to processing and lending, before finding her way to real estate and The Krishnan Team. This is her first role in real estate and she couldn’t be more excited to be joining a top performing team to jump start her career.
Maddy maintains her sports fix by continuing to play soccer with old teammates weekly. When time allows, she enjoys traveling, concerts, and sporting events, especially for her favorite team, the Los Angeles Dodgers (the irony!).
Philanthropy and community involvement are very important to me. Through volunteer efforts and charitable donations I am committed to giving 5% of my income each year to a wide variety of local organizations and have been doing so since our very first sale.
