Before I go any further, let me introduce myself and my hard-working team. I’ve lived in the SF Bay Area for the last 17 years, and I simply adore it. Before I became a real estate agent I had my own interior design firm, which gave me an eye for the details that matter most when you’re buying or selling a home. I see the potential for spaces in a unique way, and as a mother of two young boys, I am always thinking about how spaces can evolve with your family.

I pride myself on delivering results for my clients and exceeding their expectations. I am extremely proud to be among the top 10 real estate agents in San Francisco out of over 4,900 agents. Recently I was ranked #158 out of 1.5M agents nationwide by WSJ Real Trends. It’s about so much more than just closing a deal – for me, it’s personal. I’m highly invested in ensuring my clients have my undivided attention and get what they need. To do this, I carefully limit the number of clients I work with at a given time, and I have the best support team in the business to back me up.

Philanthropy and community involvement are very important to me. I am committed to giving 5% of my income each year to a wide variety of organizations. To learn more about the organizations that we’ve partnered with, please scroll down to the bottom of this page.

When I am not working, you can find me trying out new restaurants in the city, especially in those neighborhoods where I have homes listed. I love spending time with my husband and kids, exploring our city, traveling, hiking, biking, and hanging out with good friends.

The Krishnan Team

Our team brings together more than 30 years of combined experience and are experts at helping people buy and sell homes in San Francisco.
We have five full time staff, two dedicated buyers agents and one dedicated listing agent. With a team like this you are getting more attention and value than any other productive team in the business.

Many of my competitors think I’m crazy for spending so much money on my team. There is nothing more important to me than delivering the highest level of customer service possible and the more people that we have to support this mission to deliver on those promises the better. And our clients agree! With hundreds of 5-star client reviews, our team continually exceeds our clients’ expectations.

Real estate in San Francisco is as unique and unpredictable as the city itself, and that is what our team falls in love with, over and over again. To us, a home is much more than four walls. It’s where our lives happen. It’s where we bring home our newborns, raise our kids, and live out our dreams. It is our purpose to commit to finding your dream.

Communication and streamlined processes are very important to us, so we want you to know who is who. Please feel free to reach out to anyone on the team if you have a question or concern.

We’ll always tell you the truth, even when it’s something you won’t want to hear.

In every negotiation, we’ll work tirelessly to get you what you want. Clients are often pleasantly surprised at the lengths we’ll go.

Buying or selling isn’t just about today. We’ll help you look at the big picture and show you how the decisions you make now will impact your future.

The SF market is unpredictable. We’ll come up with out of the box solutions to secure your deal.

No one-size-fits-all solutions here! We’ll craft a custom solution for every situation.

We’ll always work to make the process of buying or selling stress-free with clear and consistent communication.

``I honestly do not know where this woman finds her limitless energy and enthusiasm. I don't think I ever waited more than five minutes for a reply to an email, at any time of the day. Any question I asked was answered completely and honestly. She is a powerhouse.``

Philanthropy and community involvement are very important to me. I, along with my colleagues at Compass, actively support local organizations in our efforts to improve San Francisco and the living conditions of others.

Through volunteer efforts – as well as charitable donations – I am committed to giving 5% of my income each year to a wide variety of local organizations and have been doing so since our very first sale.

From shelters to school arts programs, from food drives to counseling, we contribute to the organizations that make a positive difference in our community. I’m always looking for opportunities to give back. If you have a favorite organization that you support please share it with me.
