Before I go any further, let me introduce myself and my hard-working team. I’ve lived in the SF Bay Area for the last 17 years, and I simply adore it. Before I became a real estate agent I had my own interior design firm which gave me eye for the details that matter most when you’re buying or selling a home. I see the potential of spaces in a unique way and as a mother of two young boys I am always thinking about how spaces can evolve with you and your family.

It’s about so much more than just closing a deal – for me it’s personal. I’m highly invested in ensuring my clients have my undivided attention and get what they need. Ryan is our jack of all trades with his resourcefulness, he ensures our listing timeline is running according to schedule. His duties include, but are not limited to, meeting with vendors to ensure quality control, managing projects throughout the transaction, attending inspections, and providing top tier customer service and communication with our sellers. He has a background in sales and in a real estate escrow company, so he is a valuable asset to the team.

Angela manages our marketing, calendar, and gifting programs. She is our queen of systems. You will hear from Angela to confirm all appointments or to schedule appointments with the team. Though you will not be communicating with her directly about marketing, she oversees the team that produces marketing collateral for all listings and for the Krishnan Team brand. Angela supports our sellers by designing their property brochures, websites, and social media campaigns and advertising. Because of her SEO work, ruthkrishnan.com ranks organically for real estate related search terms, which makes our sellers’ properties more visible to the public. If you are listing a property with us, we are pleased to report that it will get many more eyes on it than our competitors. Offline, Angela puts together all the information for open houses so that there are disclosures on site and that reminder signs are hung on the property so that prospective home buyers are aware of views and other important features.
