The Building

Noir is a statement project for JS Sullivan, featuring an exceptional configuration of one-residence-per floor. This is realized as a contemporary building rising behind a painstakingly restored, historic façade of masonry and glass.

With a limited edition of just seven units available, Noir is a singular experience of city living, elevated. The signature feature of each of the residences is an astounding 55’ span, affording the easy integration of home, family, work, and entertaining.

Throughout Noir, you’ll find expressions of understated quality and a spacious ease, the signature tenets of Tse’s refined design philosophy.
