There’s no shortage of natural light in this sunlit, modern condo. Floor-to-ceiling windows illuminate every room as they look out over the tree-lined street dotted with classic San Francisco architecture. It doesn’t hurt that you’re in one of the sunniest parts of the city – highly desired Pacific Heights, a short walk to fashionable Fillmore St and Lafayette Park with easy access to tech shuttles and downtown.

Modern lighting and hardware, accent walls, and updated hardwood floors amplify the stylish interior. A smart floor plan puts bedrooms on one end and social spaces on the other, so you can rest easy even if someone is up late watching television or chatting in the living room. Living room, kitchen, and dining area are primarily open, with just enough division to allow for privacy without compromising light or flow. The updated kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and quartz counters – plenty of cabinet and counter space to experiment with dinner ideas for a few close friends. If you find you’re missing an ingredient, just hop across the street to Whole Foods. On chilly days, get cozy in the generous living room; when warm weather hits, take your hors d’oeuvres out on the balcony or head to the shared courtyard where you’ll find a large pool (heated in the summer!) and seating area.

Bedrooms are bright and comfortable with ample closet space. The primary bedroom boasts a custom walk-in, sun-soaked sitting area, and en suite powder room. A full bath with tub sits conveniently adjacent.

One-car garage parking.

About the Neighborhood

PACIFIC HEIGHTS

Pacific Heights sometimes feels like a movie set with its colorful Victorians and well-maintained mansions. One of the few neighborhoods that survived the 1906 earthquake, it has evolved into an exclusive area with a host of shopping, dining, and entertainment activities for residents and visitors alike. For groceries, you have your pick of Whole Foods, Mollie Stone’s, and Trader Joe’s, all with great parking. Lafayette Park is just around the corner when kids or pups need some extra space to run around, and it also offers readily available tennis courts and excellent viewing of the Blue Angels during Fleet Week. Fillmore Street is the main shopping hub, home to high-end retail and consignment and curated boutiques, just an eight-minute walk away. While you’re there, grab a slice at Pizzeria Delfina or treat yourself to Florio or the Michelin-rated SPQR. Commuting could not be easier with California and Bush Streets taking you directly downtown towards the financial district and SOMA. Freeways can be accessed via Gough Street and Van Ness Avenue nearby. For a carless commute, you can find Muni bus lines running along California and Fillmore Streets.

Holly Hirshfield & Alan Peterson

"Our initial consultation was one of the most memorable discussions we’ve had with someone in the business. She demonstrated through examples how creative, solutions-oriented and innovative her approach was; notably how her team adapted to the covid-19 environment through novel and personal marketing and attention to detail via virtual experiences. Other Realtors offered us a lower rate but we believe we got the quality and caliber we paid for."
N.O., Seller
"Ruth is a down-to-earth, friendly pit bull who represented us well and never let her guard down. She prepared us, protected us, and positioned us for what could not have been a more successful sale."
J.R., Seller
"In this very tough market, she got my family into a fantastic home. I was getting ready to walk away from the SF market altogether, because I just didn't think we could find what we wanted in a home at a price we could pay. Ruth is an absolute pro and helped us get the house we wanted. Ruth is a master real estate agent and the one you want in San Francisco."
H.H & A.P., Buyer
"In such a competitive market we needed an edge to get the home we wanted and we found that with Ruth and her team. She is down to earth, very personable and a master negotiator. She is honest, understanding, and not just out to make the sale."
R.M., Buyer
"Ruth was quick to assess our needs, the property needs, and the San Francisco market needs. She considered the property thoughtfully as she made recommendations for any renovations or work required. Her experience and knowledge as an interior designer is an asset. She creatively played with the space to increase its marketability and our home was beautifully displayed. We were pleased with the amount of offers and felt that Ruth's knowledge attributed to our success."
