How We Sold This Home For Nearly $1 Million Dollars Over List Price

We were able to sell this property for $1,140 per square foot vs the average of $912. Our out-of-town seller invested $100K getting the building ready for sale at no upfront cost (with the Compass Concierge program)! The property originally appraised for $2.4m in its original state, but we sold it for $2.9m. You can bet we had a very happy seller.
