I’m proud to rank #2 out of 5K San Francisco agents for unit sales and elated that The Wall Street Journal recently ranked my team No. 65 nationwide. My sellers earn an average of 8% above listing price, and 86% of my buyers get into contract on the first or second offer. In 2023, I had $142 million in sales, adding up to over $1 billion in career sales.

My diverse investment portfolio includes residential real estate and commercial syndications. I’ve shared my knowledge on national stages in front of passionate agents, in tech company conference rooms, and with top-rated financial planners.

One of my favorite success metrics, however, is how much I’m able to give back. Since my first sale, I’ve been donating 5% of my income to nonprofits. If any are close to your heart, I’d love to hear about them. I’m always looking for new ways to be involved.

Growing up in the Midwest, my eight siblings and I didn’t have much. That gave me grit, taught me how to work hard, and gave me the ability to problem-solve from multiple perspectives.

When I moved to San Francisco in 2002, I knew I was home. Before real estate, I’d had a sales career, held leadership positions, and ran my own interior design firm. I constantly seek improvement, and I love a challenge. I believe life is about growth, and coaching is one of the biggest investments I make in myself and my business.

When I’m not working, getting after a personal goal, or masterminding with other entrepreneurs, you might find me biking on the Great Highway, hiking at Land’s End, or dining at Robin, Al’s Place, or Rooh. My husband, two sons, and I love to travel — we’ve been around the world, and we regularly head to Tahoe to enjoy the outdoors.

Yesenia Rogers

Watching her parents tirelessly create a better life for her and her siblings instilled in her a deep sense of grit, determination, and a belief that anything is possible and believes that “If they could come to a new country without speaking the language and build a life, I know I can overcome any challenge.”

Before entering real estate, Yesenia managed a luxury concierge service for high-net-worth clients, where she honed her ability to provide white-glove service. This experience sharpened her attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and personalized care—traits she carries into her real estate practice today.

Outside of real estate, Yesenia believes in living a well-rounded life. She loves long walks through the city she calls home, spending time with family and friends, attending yoga classes, and experimenting with new recipes. Travel, too, is a deep passion, as she believes experiencing new cultures is the best way to gain perspective and appreciation for life’s diversity.

Lauren Neuschel

Lauren Neuschel is a dedicated buyer’s agent and loves what she does! Working with buyers takes a lot of hustle, patience, empathy, and honesty – all of which come naturally to Lauren. The business is in her blood and it has always felt more like a deep-seated passion than a job.

Moving into real estate from Boston Consulting Group, a top management consulting firm, Lauren has a strong background in client services, analytical thinking, and problem-solving (not to mention long hours). For Lauren, there is nothing greater than actively listening to a client’s needs and going above and beyond to make sure they are exceeded.

An avid runner and former Division I runner, she embodies hard work, consistency, and grit in many aspects of her life. Fun fact: In 2023, Lauren completed the World Marathon Challenge, running seven marathons on seven continents in seven days!

Lauren sells all over the city, but she has a particular soft spot for the west side right next to the ocean. She lives with her husband, Jason, in the Outer Richmond.

Valerie Del Valle

Valerie is a dedicated buyer’s agent with over a decade of hands-on experience, committed to helping clients find their dream homes.

After starting her career in the tech industry, Valerie was quickly captivated by the dynamic nature and fast pace of real estate. She pursued real estate with a strong desire to learn and a commitment to mastering every aspect of the field.

In 2017, she found her professional home with The Krishnan Team, joining forces with founder Ruth Krishnan to help skyrocket the business to new heights. With over 200 transactions under her belt, Valerie is known for her expertise in the local market, home improvements, and transaction processes.

Valerie’s approach is centered on transparent, timely, and open communication. She strongly believes in the importance of building genuine connections with her clients. She goes above and beyond to understand their needs and ensures they feel supported throughout the entire process.

As a first-generation immigrant who moved to San Francisco from Peru at the age of 10, she embodies grit, hard work, and determination — qualities that shine through in her dedication to her clients’ success.

Outside of her professional life, Valerie enjoys the vibrant culture of San Francisco, appreciating its diverse outdoor activities, cuisines, and architectural landmarks. In her free time, she loves dancing, reading, and going on local adventures with her fiancé.

Madeline Gibson

Madeline Gibson is the support system for our three buyer agents and Ruth’s right hand. As a former Division 1 Collegiate Athlete, Maddy is no stranger to the fast pace, collaborative, and progressive environment that The Krishnan Team cultivates.

After graduating from UC Santa Barbara in 2019, she found herself working in technology sales, moved to processing and lending, before finding her way to real estate and The Krishnan Team. This is her first role in real estate and she couldn’t be more excited to be joining a top performing team to jump start her career.

Maddy maintains her sports fix by continuing to play soccer with old teammates weekly. When time allows, she enjoys traveling, concerts, and sporting events, especially for her favorite team, the Los Angeles Dodgers (the irony!).

Breanna Gingras

Meet Breanna, she is the cornerstone for our listings as the in-house Listing Project Manager. As someone who has been in the industry since January 2021, Breanna received a crash course in real estate working in the operations side of deals, working as a pivotal member helping over 160 families buy or sell homes within her first three years in the industry.

Breanna’s devotion to her work is rooted in her love for acts of service. She takes pride in her work and strives to exceed clients’ expectations. She enjoys the exciting challenges that each project entails and seeing homes transform in preparation for going on the market.

Breanna’s family has lived in San Francisco for four generations, which gives her a deep connection to the city. She currently resides in Noe Valley, as a third-generation Noe resident. As a passionate San Franciscan, she is well-versed in the community, food, art, and culture.

Educated at Mills College in Oakland, CA, Breanna earned a B.A. in Legal Institutions and Processes and minored in Business Administration.
