Role Breakdown

  • 85% Listing Project Manager
  • 15% Special Projects

 

What You’ll Do As Our Listing Project Manager

  • Support listing agents with any listing activity
  • Interface daily with seller clients
  • Apply your project management expertise toward owning our listing processes from start to finish, including:
    • Oversee and manage budgets 
    • Manage listing prep work 
    • Communicate scheduling, progress, and check-ins with sellers and vendors
    • Own communication timelines to sellers, escrow agents, and buyers’ agents
    • Prepare disclosure packages, including working with homeowner associations and sellers to gather documents, and ordering all necessary reports
    • Run point on transaction coordination
  • Maintain our high standards even at peak volume!
  • Run errands and provide support at open houses and showings as needed (some weekend flexibility is required)

Requirements

What You’ll Need

  • Proven track record in project management or a similar leadership role
  • Experience in real estate operations or listing coordination is highly valued
  • Outstanding project management capabilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail without losing sight of strategic goals
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Calendar, Docs, Gmail) and Monday.com Project Management Platform (not a requirement, but a plus)
  • Reliable transportation for visiting properties when needed (must have a reliable car!)
  • Understanding of building materials and construction systems is a plus

The Details

  • Schedule: Hybrid arrangement, full-time 40+ hours
  • Hours: 9am – 6pm with some flexibility required for evenings and weekends based on business needs
  • Location: Must be based within a 30-minute commute of San Francisco
  • Transportation: Daily access to a vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and insurance required
  • The physical requirements described here are representative of those necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. The position requires the ability to stand, walk, and position oneself (e.g., bend, kneel, stoop) as needed, and to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or 10 pounds frequently, with or without reasonable accommodation.
