We engaged the buyers at home using a 3D tour that included every nook and cranny of this home including the insides of cabinets, drawers, closets, appliances, storage areas and the yard. Our photographers had to be retrained to create an even more robust virtual experience. We located the buyers online using social media as well as online advertising strategies that leverage our strength in SEO.
Although our offices are closed, open houses are cancelled and some listings are being put on temporary hold – we are adapting to new ways to connect with our community online and over the phone to continue to close deals for our clients.
Our team has been working hard to discover new ways to help our buyers and sellers in this environment.
