We Are Getting Deals Done Creating Innovative Virtual Experiences

We engaged the buyers at home using a 3D tour that included every nook and cranny of this home including the insides of cabinets, drawers, closets, appliances, storage areas and the yard. Our photographers had to be retrained to create an even more robust virtual experience. We located the buyers online using social media as well as online advertising strategies that leverage our strength in SEO.

Although our offices are closed, open houses are cancelled and some listings are being put on temporary hold – we are adapting to new ways to connect with our community online and over the phone to continue to close deals for our clients.

Our team has been working hard to discover new ways to help our buyers and sellers in this environment. We’ve spent countless hours rethinking our marketing so that buyers and their agents can experience every last detail of the property without even entering it. That combined with our virtual tours, including online tours led by our team, has in some cases resulted in our being able to sell properties without buyers setting foot in them.

Innovative Virtual Experiences

“Working with Ruth Krishnan and her team was an easy decision for us from the very start. Prior to hiring Ruth, we had heard wonderful things about her and her team from previous neighbors of ours, for whom she sold their condo for approximately $350K over asking price.

In order to get that she hit the ground running turning their condo into a showstopper and produced impeccable marketing prior to putting it on the market. As neighbors we watched it all unfold and were blown away by her work. So, when the time came to put ours on the market, we met with Ruth to discuss our own home sale and knew it was a perfect fit.

When we hired Ruth it was pre-COVID-19 and we had a plan in place. We moved out, hired the stager, the painter, etc. When COVID-19 occurred, our original plan to get our home on the market needed to shift for the new environment we all found ourselves in. She was extremely communicative during a stressful time and was always able to put our minds at ease with her knowledge of the ever evolving market.

Ruth hit the nail on the head in terms of choosing the right moment for us to bring our home to market. Navigating our home sale through a very tricky time which included but wasn’t limited to; new ways of marketing the home, discussing different pricing strategies, and thinking outside of the box on how to get our home in front of potential buyers and their agents. Ruth has a wonderful and creative team which was an asset to us.

Once we hit the market, Ruth sold our home in one week at our listing price (this was our pricing strategy) during one of the most unpredictable economic times.

Overall, we could not be happier working with Ruth and her team. They did a wonderful job prepping our home, holding our hands during a difficult time, and knowing the perfect moment for it to hit the market. We can’t recommend them enough.”
