How We Sold This Central Richmond home for $330K Over Asking Price
This classic three-story Edwardian at 775 28th Avenue home is nestled on a charming residential street in the Central Richmond Neighborhood of San Francisco. At the time we took offers we there were 5 similar homes sitting on the market, yet we managed to get 5 incredibly strong offers and sold it for $330,000 over the asking price.
We decided the best way to maximize the value of this property was to install wood flooring throughout the top level, which was an addition, making it consistent with the rest of the home. We find inconsistent flooring makes additions feel like additions and we wanted the top level to feel like it was always part of the house.
In the kitchen we changed the countertops from granite to timeless quartz that looks and feels like marble. We also updated the light fixtures throughout the home and painted the interior and exterior.
Having an experienced team gives us the unique ability to identify those improvements that make the most difference in the final selling price of your home. It also allows us to create a plan, outsource and manage all the work using our extensive network of home improvement professionals.
Due to our vision and execution we were able to sell this home for $330,000 over the asking price while similar homes were sitting on the market. We want to thank our sellers for trusting us with the sale of their home!
